Steps for ordering a Bordered Collage using photographs:

1. Gather photographs (see above)
2. Mail photographs along with your contact information and collage specs.
• Do not print your digital photos for us to scan. Please e-mail them.
• Attach a “sticky-note” to back of any photo(s) that require specific instructions
• Mark your center photo choice
3. Payment/Pricing: we require a deposit of (roughly) 50% before we begin work. Enclose a check or money order or indicate that you'd like to use Paypal™
4. Once we recieve your package, we’ll notify you via e-mail along with any questions we may have pertaining to your order. If you didn’t send a check, we’ll send an invoice for a Paypal deposit
5. In 4-5 days (usually) you’ll receive a proof of your collage via e-mail
6. Respond with any changes or say "I love it!" Also, inform us of any finishing services: mounted, laminated or shipped expeditedly
7. Upon approval, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance
8. Once the balance is paid, we print and ship your collage!
9. Your photographs are returned separately and completely unharmed

Steps for ordering a Bordered Collage using digital photos/files:

1. Obtain the highest resolution files possible. We print @ 200dpi, so we want your photos to be AT LEAST 3” at 200dpi. More resolution means more detail. Not sure? Send us any that you feel are questionable
• If you would like to scan your own photographs, scan them at 300dpi or higher
2. Name your center photo and send specific instructions for any particular photo(s). Then, we have three options to send us your hi-res digital photos:
   • Upload your photos using our online form or
   • E-mail hi-res photos to collages@procollage.com in groups of 5 or so to ensure that your email client does not become overloaded or
   • Let us know that you'd like to send files and we'll give you our ftp upload information
3. Once we receive your files, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with any concerns we may have with your order
